Known unprofessionally as “The Man with Two First Names”, John Christopher began his voice acting career at the age of 12. Armed with his father’s reel-to-reel tape recorder and a stack of records, John spent countless afternoons recording himself, imitating cartoon voices and playing disc jockey.
Sadly, things spun out of control when he began dialing random phone numbers, identifying himself as a local radio personality, and inviting those who answered to win $20 if they could name the song he’d just played on his fictional radio station. There were very few winners.
